Winner of the People's Choice Award in Castle Rock, CO, the Eye exhibits my ability to create suspension art on a large scale. The upper metal piece is completely suspended from the base, while the pupil hangs delicately in a balance with the rest of the art. This is important because while the art is strategically balanced, it is structurally prepared to withstand hurricane-force wind.
