Orange County celebrates the installation of four new large-scale artworks for its fourth annual Sculpture of the Lawn as well as a new collection of two-dimensional works for Art in the Chambers. Both exhibitions carry the Diversitastic! Orange County Them in celebration of the growing diversity in the Central Florida community.
The reception will feature world music performed by Orlando Eye On Talent and the world premiere of the I Can Be Me Here theme song for FusionFest.
Four sculptures were selected among which is Load-Stone by Lugufelo. This unique suspension art is representative of lugufelo’s kinetic expression. Kinetic art is ideal for multi-use areas because the visual change as the viewer moves around the art. Components of Load Stone conceptually fit use for railings and gates.

Curator’s Voice Art Projects es una galería en Wynwood concebida con la idea de poner a prueba ciertas formulaciones del arte reciente a través de la concepción de artistas y comisarios de arte. En este espacio, como admite su directora Milagros Bello, lo estricto y los cánones del pasado desaparecen para dar paso a nuevas maneras de interpretar y estudiar temas dentro del territorio artístico. La exposición Objetos embellecidos –comisariada por la propia Bello– sugiere un debate sobre el concepto de belleza y sus infinitos patrones, significados e impresiones, algo que convierte la muestra en un interesante experimento, suerte de encuesta de sus gestores al espectador.
